Taiwan -- will be available for licensed use in August 2007. License fees are based on number of users per username/password. The average
price per student will probably not exceed 10 US dollars, which is a far cry cheaper than most paper textbooks. Online resources are more
convenient and quickly accessible than paper for English language learners, as they allow use of translation software (e.g., Dr. Eye),
